thank you so much for this blog!! i discovered it a few weeks ago when it was linked to from another blog. i subscribed immediately and have been blessed and challenged by every post!
i work as a one on one behavioral therapist for children with austism and downs syndrome. because the company i work for is secular, its easy to get discouraged and its hard to know how to have a christ-centered view of my work and the kids i serve. this blog has really helped me see things with an eternal perspective and made me more open to possibly adopting a child with special needs in the future.
thank you!!
Three years ago, when our son had a protracted hospitalization, one of his nurses described how two of her pediatric oncology patients had visions of angels in their room before they died. She described the children as being unafraid. The children told her in great detail all about what they were experiencing. It touched my heart that God would have compassion on these weak ones in their final hours. What a kind and merciful God we have. Thanks for sharing this video.
